A ten-part live online course with Stewart Blackburn and Pete Dalton
Most of us sense, somewhere, that we are capable of living more fully than we do. That there is more confidence, more clarity, more ease available to us than we usually allow ourselves.
Yet so much can get in the way. Old beliefs about ourselves. The habit of seeking approval from others. Feelings we have learned to push down. Stories about who we are that we have told so often we mistake them for the truth.
Personal power, as we explore it here, is not about force, control or pushing harder. It is something quieter and more sustaining: a steady confidence and trust in yourself, built from the inside out. It grows from self-acceptance rather than self-improvement, and from understanding how your own thoughts and feelings shape the life you experience.
Pathways to Personal Power is a gentle, ten-week journey into those inner foundations. It is an invitation to come home to yourself, and to live from a deeper, steadier sense of who you really are.
This is an experiential course rather than a theoretical one. Across ten live online sessions we explore the building blocks of living in your power, drawing on the practical wisdom of Huna alongside simple, down-to-earth tools you can use in everyday life. You do not need any previous experience with Huna, and there is nothing here you have to take on faith.
Some of what we explore touches tender places: shame, self-worth, the old wounds many of us carry. We approach all of it with warmth, gentleness and no pressure. This is a safe and supportive space to explore at your own pace, with plenty of room for questions and reflection, and never any sense of having to share more than you wish to.
Each session blends gentle teaching, guided exercises and discussion, building gradually over the ten weeks.
One: Feelings. So much of life is built around how we feel. We begin by getting to know our feelings, how they work, and how we can gently take more charge of them.
Two: Beliefs and Expectations. Our beliefs quietly become the rules by which we experience life, and we tend to get what we expect. We look at how beliefs form, and how they can change.
Three: Dealing with Shame. Most of us carry shame and are not quite sure what to do with it. Gently and without judgement, we explore how self-love, rather than criticism, is what heals it.
Four: Mastering Self-Approval. It can feel surprisingly radical to approve of yourself exactly as you are right now. We explore what that means, and why it is so quietly powerful.
Five: Desires and Values. To know what you truly want, it helps to understand what you most value. We explore the deeper longings that give life meaning and direction.
Six and Seven: The Stories We Tell Ourselves. Across two sessions we look at the stories we tell about who we are and how we got here. Each story shapes how we feel and what we create. Change the story, and much else can change with it.
Eight: The Nature of Personal Power. Power, here, is simply the freedom to choose your next experience. We explore how much more choice we have than we often realise, and how to use it well.
Nine: The Challenge of Trust. Trust, in ourselves and in life, is one of the most powerful choices we can make. We explore how letting go of control can paradoxically make room for what we most want.
Ten: Programming Your Future. Your future is shaped not by the past, but by how you think, feel and see yourself now. We draw the threads together and look gently ahead.
Between sessions there are optional reflections to help you bring each theme into your own life, never homework you must complete, only gentle invitations to notice and explore.

“This workshop was a fantastic experience in every way. Pete and Stewart offered so much practical wisdom in an open-hearted, clear and vivid way. They created a wonderful space to directly experience all their teachings, to ask questions and to share experiences within the group, not only during the sessions but also in between. For me, this course opened up a whole new perspective on things and there have already been positive changes in my life.” — Bettina
“All of the classes you do together are beautifully organised by the way you share the teachings. I consider them a gift to myself, like mini vacations or retreats, a way to connect to spiritual inspiration while in the company of others with similar intent.” — Course participant
“Stewart and Pete are two beautiful souls who are happy sharing the Huna teachings in a totally relaxed, joyful and magical way. They always create very pleasant groups and give the opportunity to ask questions at any time. These classes help me to practise, and make my life more fun.” — Sue
“Coming back to Huna makes me feel like someone who has been struggling along a rocky and overgrown path by a gently flowing river for a long time with a heavy weight on my back, and someone has just come along and pointed out what a lovely canoe I am carrying!” — Course participant
This is not a course about becoming someone different. It is about coming home to who you already are, and learning to live from that steadier, more trusting place. If that feels like a journey you would like to take, we would love to have you join us.
Any questions at all, just get in touch. We look forward to exploring with you.
