Booking Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings regardless of the method of booking. All bookings assume acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment in full must have been received as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the event booked. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of the delegate to attend the event. Deposits paid are non refundable. You will receive a written confirmation of your booking.

Cancellation and non attendance

Should, for any reason, you need to cancel an agreed booking, written notification must be made to the organiser. In these circumstances the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation notice period

  • more than 1 month prior to the event 50% of the fee refunded
  • less than 1 month prior to the event 0% of the fee refunded
  • Alternatively a substitute delegate can be provided the organiser is informed of any changes in writing prior to the event and the substitution is deemed acceptable by the event organisers.
  • If the event organisers cancel the event the above charges will not apply.
  • In the event of nonappearance, or late arrival or early departure, the whole seminar fee is to be paid.
  • The event organisers will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage of any nature arising out of the cancellation of the event. In addition, no other claims can be asserted.
  • In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto an event the organisers reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.
  • In the event of cancellation by the organisers we will endeavour to inform all delegates at least a week before the event is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible.
  • All event fees paid will be reimbursed in full. The organisers will not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.

Miscellaneous

  • Every participant takes part independently in the events. Aether and Alchemy (trading name of Seven Principles Ltd) Pete Dalton and the hosted Trainer/Presenter are released from any liability claims.
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry. In such cases a refund of the event booking fee may be made.
  • Events (online or face to face) may be recorded. By booking and attending the event you give full consent for Aether and Alchemy (trading name of Eight Influences LTD) to record any, or all aspects of the event and you grant full rights release for use of the recording.
  • Participants must inform the event organisers of any special requirements 14 days prior to the event.
