A four-part live online course with Stewart Blackburn and Pete Dalton. September 2026
Have you ever sensed that there is more to life, and more to you, than the everyday surface of things?
Most of us go about our days using only a small part of who we really are. Beneath ordinary thinking there are quieter, more powerful aspects of ourselves: a natural intelligence, a subtle sense of guidance, a capacity to heal and to grow that often goes unnoticed. People all over the world, across many different traditions, have found ways to reconnect with these deeper parts of themselves and to live more fully because of it.
Huna is one such way. It is a practical philosophy of living and personal empowerment, and this gentle four-part course is an invitation to explore it for yourself.
You do not need any previous experience, and you do not need to take anything on faith. Huna is not a religion or a set of beliefs to adopt. It is a way of seeing and a set of simple practices that you can test against your own life and keep whatever works.
The approach we share comes from the Kahili lineage of Huna, brought into its current form by Serge Kahili King, a much-loved teacher and author who has spent a lifetime making this wisdom accessible and useful for people everywhere. In the short video below, Serge shares why learning Huna can be so valuable.
Over four live online evenings, we will introduce the foundations of Huna in a relaxed and welcoming way. Each session blends teaching, discussion, practical exercises and a guided inner journey, with time for your questions throughout.
Session one: The Seven Principles. At the heart of Huna are seven simple principles that together form a kind of blueprint for living with more awareness and ease. We will meet each one and begin to see how they overlap and support one another in everyday life.
Session two: The Three Selves. We are more than our thinking minds. Huna describes three aspects of ourselves, the body-mind, the conscious mind and the higher self, and shows how, when they work together as a team, life becomes noticeably more harmonious.
Session three: The Four Levels of Reality. How we look at the world shapes what becomes possible in it. We will explore four different ways of perceiving reality, and how gently shifting our viewpoint can open up new choices and possibilities.
Session four: The Basics of Healing. In our final session we draw the threads together and explore some of the simple, practical ways Huna approaches healing and wellbeing, so you leave with tools you can actually use.
Between sessions, optional practices help you bring the ideas into your own life in small, easy ways. There is no pressure and no homework you must complete, only invitations to explore.
Many traditions of this kind take what might be called a warrior's approach, meeting challenges head on and overcoming them through force and will. The lineage we work in takes a different path, sometimes called the adventurer's approach, where the emphasis is on harmony, curiosity and befriending rather than battling. Love, rather than force, is the starting point.
It is a warm and welcoming way to explore your inner world, and it is at the heart of how we teach. Whether this is your very first encounter with these ideas, or you have explored other paths before, you are likely to find something here that feels both fresh and strangely familiar.
This course is for you if you:
Whether you come from a background in healing, coaching or personal development, or are simply curious and beginning to explore, you are very welcome. There are no prerequisites beyond an open mind and a willingness to play.

“Pete and Stewart are not just two fabulous teachers, they are also amazing human beings. They let you touch the magic of Huna and guide you towards a more adventurous way of seeing and experiencing life. Even though I'm trained in other forms of shamanism and hypnosis, with them I was able to meet myself on a more profound level than ever. Taking this course is truly a gift to yourself.” — Xavier Even, Paris
“Pete and Stewart kindly and compassionately guided our group through the course. The insightful theory was nicely spread over the four evenings alongside a variety of exercises to help understand the topic. Both are grounded, kind and caring personalities. If you are looking for a first peek into Huna this course is perfect, and you can be sure that you will be welcomed and taken care of.” — Dr Kerstin Jung
“Coming back to Huna makes me feel like someone who has been struggling along a rocky and overgrown path by a gently flowing river for a long time with a heavy weight on my back, and someone has just come along and pointed out what a lovely canoe I am carrying!” — Course participant
“Thanks to Pete and Stewart being so wise and generous, these classes can open your heart, mind and spirit in a very enjoyable way.” — Sandy
