Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is an emerging area of therapy that focuses on rapid therapeutic change

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is an emerging area of therapy that focuses on rapid therapeutic change. Developed by UK therapist Andrew T. Austin, IEMT is designed to explore and address undesired emotions and identity imprints. It aims to answer the question, "How did someone learn to feel the way they do?" and create the possibility of introducing appropriate change in clients' emotional lives.

The process involves teaching clients resources and skills while they are experiencing the problem state. This approach enables clients to be more present and stay out of negative past imprints. Practitioners who use IEMT consistently report success in creating change where other approaches have failed.

At the core of IEMT is the identification and management of the five major patterns of chronicity. These patterns are behavioral patterns that can prevent healing and make it challenging for individuals to find the right help, despite the best efforts of change work professionals. Using IEMT, practitioners can help individuals identify and address these patterns, leading to more functional adaptation in their lives.

IEMT Advanced Practitioner Training

The Advanced Practitioner training program is designed to help practitioners deepen their understanding of Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) and elevate their approach beyond simple techniques to a more refined working mode.

The training comprises various exercises that are aimed at enhancing the practitioner's ability to perceive the deeper structures of communication from their clients and devise more targeted interventions for swift and effective change.

Content

The training is divided into 8 modules of two hours that are as follows:

Module One: State Fractionation and Problem Frames
Moving beyond simple symptom suppression and into creating greater generative change.

Module Two: Rethinking The Three Pillars & State Chains
