A System for Creating Guided Meditations and Hypnosis Recordings

This eight week masterclass will take you through Joe's personal system that he's developed for creating sessions that make a real difference for people.

If you're interested in creating your own hypnosis audios or guided meditations, this course will give you an effective structure to help with almost any problem or goal.
And yes, these same principles can also be used when working in person with clients.
Writing can be a powerful training tool for sharpening up your use of language, metaphor and how you apply techniques. Over the years, Joe found that more he wrote the scripts, the more "hypnotic flow" he had when working with clients.
So this is not about memorising what to say, or parroting someone else's words. There are endless ways to pour your natural creativity into this structure.
The aim of the training is for you to be able to create sessions that are uniquely your own.
We'll be covering the fundamentals of sound recording and editing, and vocal drills to give you more resonance.
But the core focus of this training is about the writing part... in getting really good at generating hypnotic language, in the use of imagery and metaphors, and designing audio sessions in a way that deeply engages the listener.
Although this masterclass is centred on creating hypnosis audios and guided meditations, the underlying principles go much further. The same structure Joe uses to design powerful recordings also maps directly onto effective live client sessions. Learning how to sequence a session, build rapport, evoke resources, work with imagery and metaphor, and bring change forward in time gives you a clear internal framework you can hold in mind when working one-to-one. In recordings the structure is universal; in live sessions it becomes personalised, shaped around the client’s language, memories and metaphors. Many practitioners find that developing these skills through writing actually sharpens their presence, pacing and hypnotic flow with clients. In that sense, the training offers a double benefit: a system for creating high-quality audios, and a practical blueprint for structuring deeper, more coherent live work.
The core modules of this course will be delivered through video, which will be released each week. There will be writing exercises from each module to hone your skills. And we will be holding three live Q&A sessions, where you can ask Joe whatever questions you have about the course material with support provided throughout.
