PCW (Provocative Change Works) Generation 3.1 12 Month Development Programme (2024-2025) - Booking Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply.

All bookings assume acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Booking, Administration and Data Use

  • Booking and payment is made to Nick Kemp Training LTD.
  • Promotion, management and administration of the programme is undertaken by Aether and Alchemy (trading name of Eight Influences LTD) on behalf of Nick Kemp Training LTD
  • By booking you agree that your contact details (name, email) and payment amounts will be shared with Nick Kemp Training and with Aether and Alchemy.  If you are not already subscribed to the Aether and Alchemy mailing list your name and email will be added to the list.  This will ensure that you can be sent relevant information including joining links for each monthly workshop. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time, although please be aware that in doing so you may miss out on important emails about the programme.

Payment

Deposits paid are non refundable. 

If you are paying in full payment of the full amount (less the £200 deposit) must be made as cleared funds by the agreed date.  Failure to do so will result in the refusal of the delegate to attend the event. 

If you have agreed a staged payment plan, the first instalment must have been paid as cleared funds by the data agreed.  Delegates on instalment plans are liable to pay the full amount for the training whether or not they continue.

Cancellation and non attendance

Should, for any reason, you need to cancel an agreed booking, written notification must be made to the organiser. In these circumstances the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation notice period

  • The £200 deposit is non refundable
  • For balances: more than 1 month prior to the event 50% of the fee refunded; less than 1 month prior to the event 0% of the fee refunded
  • Alternatively a substitute delegate can be provided the organiser is informed of any changes in writing prior to the event and the substitution is deemed acceptable by the event organisers.
  • If the event organisers cancel the event the above charges will not apply.
  • In the event of nonappearance, or late arrival or early departure, the whole seminar fee is to be paid.
  • The event organisers will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage of any nature arising out of the cancellation of the event. In addition, no other claims can be asserted.
  • In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto an event the organisers reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.
  • In the event of cancellation by the organisers we will endeavour to inform all delegates at least a week before the event is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible.
  • In the event of cancellation by the organisers particpants’ event fees paid will be reimbursed in full. The organisers will not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.

Miscellaneous

  • Every participant takes part independently in the events. Aether and Alchemy (trading name of Eight Influences Ltd) Pete Dalton and Nick Kemp are released from any liability claims.
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry. In such cases a refund of the event booking fee may be made at the organisers discretion.
  • Events will be recorded. By booking and attending the event you give full consent for Aether and Alchemy (trading name of Eight Influences LTD) and Nick Kemp to record any, or all aspects of the event and you grant full rights release for use of the recording.
  • Participants must inform the event organisers of any special requirements 14 days prior to the event and the organisers will aim to accommodate requests as far as possible and practical.
  • The sessions will be recorded. Booking the event you give full consent for Aether and Alchemy (trading name of Eight Influences LTD) and Nick Kemp to record any, or all aspects of the event and you grant full rights release for subsequent use of the recording.
